• Opened in 2015, Ermanos Bar was the beginning of the Erman brothers' journey into hospitality and their passion for designing enhanced social environments. The space was conceived while the brothers were homebrewing in the cold Michigan winters, dreaming of a cozy gathering place with well curated beer and wine and quality food. The space received two AIA awards for interior architecture.

  • Portal was inspired by the idea to create a transformational experience. The Erman brothers envisioned a comfortable environment with good acoustics for intimacy to celebrate life and love. A deep mirrored entry inspired by Monte Alban offers a kaleidoscope view into the calming womb-like structure comprised of 2 miles of hand-milled poplar supported by 17 hidden archways. A custom aviation interiors firm was engaged to execute the design. Opened in 2020, the space was featured in Interior Design magazine, Abitare, and a finalist in the London-based Restaurant & Bar Design Awards, an international recognition.

  • ALIGN is an environment intended to facilitate human connection at the intersection of play-centered design, flow state, and spiritual third placemaking. Currently in planning, the 7-acre ground-up project is a public-private partnership between Pima County and Infinite Concepts. The site, surrounded by arroyos with sweeping mountain views, is located on the award-winning Huckelberry Loop. The ALIGN team’s wellness and Loop-focused proposal was selected in a competitive public request for proposals (RFP) for the right to develop and steward the Rillito-front property. ALIGN is the Erman brothers' latest concept in development. They aspire to offer an inclusive space of warmhearted hospitality whose quality catalyzes peak joy, creative expression, reflection, movement, and ultimately individual and community well being.
